A parking spot, that's it
I bring every tool and product the job needs. You provide access to a water spigot and a standard outdoor outlet near the car. Driveway, office lot, or curb all work.
Roughly one car-length of flat space
Level ground keeps the van's tank and equipment stable. A slight slope is fine, a steep one isn't.
Gate codes or entry notes in advance
Gated communities, apartment complexes, and office parks with visitor check-in all work. Send the gate code or check-in details when you book so I'm not stuck outside on your time.
Some shade if you've got it
Not required, but direct sun speeds up drying time on hot days, which can affect the finish. If there's a shaded spot available, it helps.
